Do we need a competent person?
Yes. Every employer must appoint one or more competent persons to help it meet its health and safety duties. Where nobody in the business has the knowledge and time to do that, an outside adviser can be appointed.
Can you work alongside our own staff?
Yes. Many clients have someone in house who looks after health and safety day to day. We support them, review their work and take on the pieces that need specialist input.
Do you cover sites outside London?
Yes. We work nationwide, for single sites and for businesses with premises across England and Wales.
