The Adeptify Fire van on site

Nationwide, and always on site

Established as an independent consultancy in 2023, Adeptify is built on over ten years of hands-on experience in fire safety and health and safety.

We work nationwide, across London and the South East, the Midlands, the North West, Yorkshire, the South West and Wales, from single shops and blocks of flats to football clubs, flagship showrooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing sites and multi-site portfolios.

Every assessment starts with a full walk of the building. The findings are written up clearly, each action is prioritised, and the report is kept in your client portal with its review date. If something in it needs explaining, you speak to us directly.

Common questions

Something not covered here?

Ask us directly and you will get a straight answer.

020 8194 2494info@adeptify.co.uk
How much does a fire risk assessment cost?

It depends on the size, use and layout of the building. Tell us the address and what the building is used for and we will give you a fixed quote before anything is booked. There are no hidden extras.

Do I legally need a fire risk assessment?

If you are responsible for a workplace, premises open to the public, or the common parts of flats or an HMO, yes. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment, and in England the whole of it must be recorded.

Which areas do you cover?

Nationwide. We carry out fire risk assessments, fire strategies and fire door inspections across England and Wales, including London and the South East, the Midlands, the North West, Yorkshire, the South West and Wales, for single buildings and multi-site portfolios alike.

How quickly can you do it?

It depends on the building and the time of year, so we do not quote a standard turnaround. Tell us when you need the report, whether for a renewal, an insurer, a tender or a client, and we will agree a visit and issue date that meets it before anything is booked.

Are you independent?

Yes. We do not sell fire safety products or carry out remedial works, so our recommendations are never linked to a sale.

Are you insured?

Yes. Adeptify Ltd holds professional indemnity cover of £1 million, public liability cover of £2 million and employers' liability cover of £5 million, with Hiscox. Certificates are available on request.

What will I receive?

A clear report with the significant findings first, each action prioritised with a timescale, the reasoning behind it and any limitations stated. It is held in your client portal with the date the next review is due.

Send the address and what you need. We will come back to you with a fixed quote.
