About Adeptify
An independent fire safety and health and safety consultancy, established in 2023 and working nationwide.
Who we are
Established as an independent consultancy in 2023, Adeptify is built on over ten years of hands-on experience in fire safety and health and safety.
We help the people responsible for buildings meet their fire and health and safety duties, with advice that is clear, proportionate and able to stand up to scrutiny.
We work in two divisions. Adeptify Fire carries out fire risk assessments, fire strategies, fire door inspections and compartmentation surveys for commercial, residential, care, education and public sector buildings. Adeptify Safety acts as the appointed competent person for more than 25 schools, and supports businesses with the health and safety work every employer needs.
We are independent. We do not sell fire safety products and we do not carry out remedial works, so nothing we recommend is shaped by what it would earn us.

On site, not behind a desk
Every assessment starts with a full walk of the building. We look at how it is actually used, talk to the people who run it, and record what we saw, what we could not see and why each action matters.
Reports are written to be read by an insurer, a Fire and Rescue Service, Building Control or an auditor, and they are kept in your client portal with the date the next review is due.

The standards behind every report and every visit.
