What a fire risk assessment costs
Every building is quoted individually, and the quote is fixed before anything is booked.
What decides the price
The time it takes to do the assessment properly.
What the price includes
An inspection of the whole building by a registered fire risk assessor, a review of your records, and a report that sets out each finding with the reasoning behind it, a priority and a timescale. Anything that could not be seen is recorded as a limitation rather than assumed.
The report is written so that an inspector, an insurer or an auditor can follow how every conclusion was reached.
Getting a quote
Send us the address and a little about the building.
The use of the building, the number of floors and roughly how big it is are usually enough for a fixed quote. Drawings or a previous assessment help if you have them.

020 8194 2494info@adeptify.co.ukWhy do prices for fire risk assessments vary so much?
Because the work varies. A quick walk round and a checklist takes far less time than a full inspection with a reasoned report. The cheaper option often leaves the Responsible Person with a document that does not stand up when an inspector, insurer or court looks at it.
Do you charge for remedial work?
We do not carry out remedial work or sell products. The price covers the assessment and the report, so the recommendations are never linked to a sale.
Will the price change after the visit?
No. The quote is fixed before anything is booked. If the building turns out to be very different from what we were told, we will talk to you before doing anything further.
